Staff Accountant

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

The staff accountant will report to the Assistant Corporate Controller; the responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Financial statement prep and analysis
• Bank and General Ledger reconciliations
• Commission calculations for sales team
• Preparation and entry of journal entries
• Sales and Use tax returns
• Assist with coordination of financial audits
• General accounting duties and support back-up
• Accounts Payable and Receivable for subsidiary companies
• Cash Balance maintenance
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 2-3 years of prior experience
3. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
