SOLUTION COORDINATOR
Solution Coordinators are assigned to work with specific Account Managers. The Solution Coordinator has primary responsibility for sales order follow-up as directed by Account Managers.
The job consists of quote duties which include typing or importing furniture specifications from the Account Manager, Designer, or Project Manager. Duties include verifying correct model and finish numbers, verifying descriptions to confirm product is ordered correctly.
The job also consists of pricing duties to confirm that discount, fabric, and special information is correct.
The job also has a large percentage of customer relation requirements including answering customer questions, following up, sending literature requests, and keeping the customer updated on order status.
This is a fast paced work environment within the Furniture Team. We are a well-established company with excellent benefits. This is a non-smoking environment. Successful candidate must pass a background screening and drug test.
