Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Administration and scheduling duties for sales team
Expediting all open orders includes expediting materials/parts
Working with vendors with both quotes and orders
Schedule jobs for installation and delivery with project managers, customers, and upholstery shop
Issuing quotes to customers then converting to orders
Customer service skills needed, heavy customer/vendor interaction
Ability to multi-task, being able to switch roles easily
Team oriented, ability to work well with other internal divisions
Contacting Manufacturers
Filing freight claims
Processing credits
Ordering replacement parts/furniture
Tracking orders
Update order status
File warranty claims
Requirements:
Computer skills: Excel and Word
Successful candidate must pass a background screening and drug test.
