Designer - Architectural Products

Summary: This design position includes part artist, part visionary, part engineer and a healthy dose of customer interaction rolled into one. While working within one of the fastest growing segments of interior construction, you will take client projects (some vague and some very detailed) from concept to reality while supporting our in-house Sales, Project Management, and Installation teams. Our projects range in size from small modifications all the way through design and construction of state-of-the-art headquarters facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:  

• Work with internal and external client to determine architectural preferences, the purpose/function of a space, and other factors which affect planning interior environments
• Advise clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of space, color schemes, and color coordination
• Create all design concepts, layouts, and final plans for our division
• Attends and participates in proprietary training from our partner firm

Education/Experience:

BS in interior design from an accredited program or 4+ years of professional design work

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent design programs.
